Helping New Yorkers Feel Better in Their Bodies for More Than 20 Years

What I Offer

I help people of all ages, shapes, and sizes feel better in their bodies. I employ a variety of methods including manual therapy, customized therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to help my clients achieve optimal function, reduce pain, and prevent injury. I specialize in the treatment of spine, pelvis, hip, gait, and balance dysfunctions, as well as prenatal and postpartum conditions. As a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, I also enjoy educating people about body mechanics and ergonomics.

A Little More About Me

I've been a practicing physical therapist for more than 20 years. I first studied physical therapy at NYU, and later earned an Advanced Masters degree in Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy from Touro College. I was a Physical Therapist at Methodist Hospital and an Advanced Clinician specializing in spinal disorders at Beth Israel Medical Center before starting my own practice in 2009. When I'm not helping my clients' with their bodies, I'm usually taking my own into the great outdoors for running or cycling.
