Ergonomic Assessments & Workplace Wellness

Poor workstation setup is a common cause of neck pain, back pain, shoulder tension, and repetitive strain injuries — especially for individuals working long hours at a desk, remotely, or from home.

As a physical therapist and CEAS-certified ergonomic assessment specialist, I evaluate how your workstation, posture, and movement patterns may be contributing to pain and discomfort. I provide personalized ergonomic assessments and practical recommendations designed to improve comfort, alignment, productivity, and overall physical well-being at work.

Recommendations are tailored to your body, work demands, and daily habits, while also helping you navigate the overwhelming number of ergonomic products and workstation options available.

Ergonomic recommendations may include:
  • Chair and desk setup
  • Monitor positioning
  • Keyboard and mouse placement
  • Standing desk modifications
  • Ergonomic equipment selection
  • Posture and movement education
  • Stretching and mobility recommendations
  • Strategies to reduce repetitive strain and muscle tension

Assessments can be incorporated into physical therapy treatment plans or provided as a stand-alone service for both home and office workspaces.
